Copying from my google review. But please use this in your advertisements. During the recent heat wave, I was in the airport and called them when our HVAC went out. They came out, inspected the unit, realized that the cause was simply a build-up of dust (due to our ignorance) that was causing the unit to intermittently turn off on hot summer days. Will took care of the problem, and was willing to continue the service call if that didn't fix the problem. I cannot be more thankful and complementary about our experience with these honest HVAC professionals. They truly went above and beyond to help us out and will forever have our business.

We've been using this company for over 30 years and they never fail to take good care of us! Great people- great service. They really are very knowledgeable and fair.

They replaced my system with one that is not only efficient but does a great job as was discussed with the owner, Kenny. Everything we discussed he made sure happened. They were on time, demonstrated professional workmanship, and took the extra steps if something they noticed needed correcting; very through. They are there to take care of the customer in a professional manner and not trying to sell gimmicky extras.

We put up with our poorly installed HVAC system for 20 years. This summer (2011), Red Lion replaced all exposed duct work in our basement and installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. We cannot say enough about their attention to detail, cleanliness, and courtesy. We would recommend them to anyone - thank you Kenny and team!
